A 'Youtube Guru' is a term within the youtube community to describe someone who makes video's predominantly about fashion and makeup. Youtube is a relitively recent thing, and 50 years ago the thought of getting fashion and makeup advice 24 hours simply from a video on a computer would have been crazy.
